Small One-Bedroom Apartment in Jersey City Heights. Empty. Getting ready to rent to a tenant. Floor is Hardwood - White Oak. Has a natural finish on it. Previous tenants caused stains on it we cannot remove without scratching the finish. I need to get a company that refinishes floors to sand the floor, used a little wood flour cement to seal up a few small separatation seams, and reseal with a water based finish. Breaker box in apartment to hook up to 220v Two Rooms - Photographs Below - 12' x 8' and 17' x 10' - Approximately 260.00 sq ft I am ONLY looking for a flooring company to do the work. You must have a van/truck with your company on it. Not looking for a contractor that has "sanded" a few floors. Please only call from hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm. Do not call after hours. I own many buildings in Jersey City and looking for a new contractor as my previous one closed up and moved out of state.
