General Handyman Needed - Repairs including spackling, painting, minor carpentry, door repairs, basic plumbing and electrical work, can address emergency calls during the day at a tenants apartment. Must live in Hudson County / Bergen County. I own 20 buildings in the Jersey City / Union City area. Over 50 apartments. Generally have some type of work that needs to be done every week or so. Must have typical contractor tools such as circular saw, sawzall, cordless drills, etc.. I need a contractor that can handle minor construction and repairs. Must have a VAN / MINIVAN / PICKUP. I am looking to pay someone $30.00 if you are decently skilled. I pay hourly because a lot of times there new things that I discover that need to get fixed as well. For a large project I can consider per job payment. Usually it will be a 2-3 hour minimum job, if not a full day. I am looking for a new dedicated contractor to hand these projects out to. Please call
