**This event is for Employer registration only Recruit hard-working students for summer internships, interview candidates for limited-term or permanent positions, and promote your business at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Natural Resources and the Sciences: Job and Career Exploration Fair. This fair is geared towards students with majors in natural resources, the sciences, and similar areas of interest. Please note: We will be following any required masking and distancing guidelines needed at that time. If we cannot host an in-person event, we will provide an alternative option as soon as possible. Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat does my registration fee include?The $75 event registration fee includes the following items below. (Please note this is not a per-person charge.) one six-foot table and two chairs one parking pass - this will be emailed to you ahead of the eventmorning refreshmentsPLEASE NOTE: Boxed Lunches and additional parking passes are available for purchase during your registration process. Where can I park?If you have a standard license plate, you will be provided one parking pass. Your parking pass will allow one vehicle to park in a metered space in Lot R. Click here for a campus map (the Dreyfus University Center is building #40.) Additional parking passes can be purchased for $6 each during registration. The parking pass will be emailed to you before the event. If your vehicle has a state, municipal, tribal, or federal government license plate, you may park for free in Lot R in a NON-metered space. Pay-to-park spaces are available on the street around the Dreyfus University Center. More information is available here. What time can I start setting up?Registration and set-up are from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 7. The registration table will be at the entrance to the Laird Room in the Dreyfus University Center. The Laird Room, Room 230, is located on the second floor of the Dreyfus University Center. There is an elevator available on the first floor. How many students will attend?Typically our in-person annual career fair is very well attended. We expect over 300 undergraduate and graduate students interested in learning about or pursuing a career in natural resource-and science-related fields. We also typically extend invitations to local high schools and prospective students interested in a career in natural resources and the sciences.
