About this event Feel free to bring a yoga mat or pillow. There will also be chairs to just sit relax or feel free to bring your own if you have a favorite. We will be working with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls as well as other sound instruments which studies have shown to naturally promote your body's natural healing. The meditative sound waves insures you are relaxed after a hard day of work or a stressful day. We will be listening to each instrument and learning how to use them. We will be finishing with a relaxing meditation Sound Healing Wave to help promote energy healing. At the end we will have a few sound tools on display for you to try in a group circle inviernment.
