Service Dog Certification Classes are Back!

Starting in October, the Hawaii Dog Psychology Center will once again offer its ever-popular service dog certification and training class. The class will take about three months depending on the students and dogs attending, and tuition is $500. All proceeds support the educational efforts of this 501(c)3 corporation which has been making a quiet difference in East Hawaii for over 20 years. Graduates receive a certification securing their rights under the ADA (as amended) and all local and state laws. Please contact Carl Oguss at for registration and further information.
