Missing Service Pet

I am the owner of a service pet. She is a light brown Chihuahua and her name is Flour I have had her all her life and she'll be 9 on the 20th of this month. Please if you see her or have her I need her back. She got out of my car on Janes-Narc in Edinburg and probably got confused and lost. She has no chip or collar on at the time......I'm begging to get her back. There will be a reward....
