We are excited to welcome Master Delroy Markland for an interactive program about the basics of self-defense through martial arts. Master Markland is the founder of UPMA (Unlimited Possibilities Martial Arts) and is a seventh degree blackbelt. This free event is best suited for children elementary-aged and above and their caregivers. There will be a promotional sign-up offer for UPMA classes the day of the workshop.
