This dance class is an intermediate Soca jam session that focuses on isolated waistline technique and core activation. The class is intended for you to come and release any dormant or stagnant energy you may be holding on to while learning multiple whinin variations to help activate your divine femininity. This class will be instructed by Tiara aka Thee Dancing Doula who is a maternal health creative and Holistic Birth Doula. Tiara has been teaching hip hop and Soca classes for 3 years. She now uses her waistline therapy technique with women during pregnancy and labor to help them have an empowering child birth experience. We will be having vendors available at the beginning and end of class for some fun fellowship as we support local businesses! So come early if you would like some time to shop and network!
