FREE-STANDING, L-SHAPED WALL DIVIDER

I am looking for someone to construct a free-standing, L-shaped wall divider for a studio apartment. The structure should be 8x8.25x1 feet, with the L-arm wall being around 2 or 3 feet wide. (It will run between the couch and bed, in the photos attached.) Ultimately, I’d like to wrap the free-standing structure in a thin brick veneer, (aka “BRICK IT”). NOTES: Few requirements: -the free-standing wall cannot be drilled into the floor, wall, or ceiling -the free-standing wall cannot scratch the floorboards (so may need a felt liner on bottom) -the free-standing wall should not be easily knocked over. (If needed, maybe we place heavy weights inside the hollow L-arm structure?) -Ideally, the freestanding structure has vertical studs inside, so I can mount a TV on the outside wall of the L-wall, and shelves on the inside of the L-arm. -Eventually, this will need to be disassembled, so I would like that taken into account when constructing. Lastly, there is no room to cut wood inside the apartment. The structure will need to be drawn, cut, and mostly sized out before entering the apartment. PLEASE NOTE: this is the current company and brick color I’m looking at. Ideally, the carpenter can finish the project by installing brick. Lastly, if you have any idea how to do this job in a more efficient or cheap manner, or can design wooden slates stylish enough to forego the bricks, I am open to collaboration!
