Description

This is an entry level position for someone who wants to learn about the Wireless Telecom Industry. This industry has a high demand for specialized technicians in this field. If you joined our company you will work along with technicians who have years of experience in this and you can take that knowledge with you as an asset. Job Duties • Repair and replace wiring. • Read blueprints and schematics. • Document repairs and modifications. • Manage and mentor apprentice electricians. • Work with architects, contractors, and clients. • Diagnose and address functionality and safety issues. • Design and install indoor and outdoor electrical control, wiring and lighting systems. • Inspect and test electrical systems, including fuses, transformers and circuit breakers. • Stay apprised of revisions to National Electric Code (NEC) and other relevant legislation, building and safety regulations. Qualifications/skills • Ability to run conduit. • Good communications skills, ability to interact with other skilled trade professionals, designers, and clients. • Use of testing equipment and hand tools. • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team. • Eligible to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license • Criminal Record Check • Able to pass a drug test Education / Experience & Licensing Requirements • Electrician knowledge. Preferred but not required. • 10-Hour OSHA Certificate> Preferred but not required • First aid certification. Preferred but not required. • High school diploma or GED. Preferred but not required. Schedule: Monday thru Friday - 6.00 am to 2:30 pm (Available to work overtime as needed) Compensation: This is an entry level position: $15 to $17 per hour. Based on experience.
