The Bullock Distillery proudly presents “Spirits in the Sky”, a spirits and music fest in Charleston’s Elk City district. Spirit tastings and pairings, local food and brewery vendors,l, distillery tours, and live music all day long! The Company Stores is a modern rock band from Charleston, WV. Described by Skope Magazine as having “soulful, sultry vocals, a funky horn section, and a gritty backbeat”, the band is making “Spirits in the Sky” their album release party for their 3rd record “The Family Album”. Born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia, John Inghram was steeped in the historic music of the region. On his self-titled debut album, John Inghram, the accomplished bass player seizes the present moment to step into the spotlight as a frontman. With a collection of 60’s and 70’s psychedelic rock tunes, Inghram sets modern experiences to vintage sounds, allowing his listeners to feel time as circular in nature, hitting on the right now with both nostalgia and innovation. Hailing from the heart of Appalachia, The Kind Thieves are a musical tour de force that is far greater than simply the sum of its parts. With members originating from all over the Southern West Virginia region, the Thieves pull influences from musical genres spanning from classic rock to funk to bluegrass, wrapped up in a jam-band bow that promises a 100% original and mind-blowing live experience every time they perform.
