The ideal candidate for this position has a degree in Business Administration or a related field with one year of management experience, Must posses strong supervisory and management skills with high customer service expectations, JOB DESCRIPTION:AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reports directly to General Manager Responsible for hiring, training, and firing front desk personnel Responsible for over-seeing interactions at the desk and all actions by front desk staff Responsible for dealing with all billing questions or disputes Membership and program sales Strong customer service skills and phone presence Responsible for speaking to all members who wish to cancel their membership Over-see cleanliness of main lobby, stair-wells and front desk Register each member that is checking in for the day Scheduling Cash handling Rotating schedule - mornings/day/nights, weekdays & weekends, holidays.
