rehoming a chihuahua

I have a year and a half old black male neutered chihuahua that i am trying to rehome. I am not going to say he is perfect, but he is very sweet. He will sleep with you in the bed if that's what you want. He will play fetch with you. He is very good at walking on a leash. He doesn't bark too much. Now, he will bite you a little when he's in playful mood, but it's no tiger bite or anything. He is mostly housetrained. He goes on puppy pads most of the time. I have some carpet remnants ( discarded strips) that he also uses. But all in all, he is a very good dog. The reason i am giving him away is that my neighbor doesn't really want the dog to play with her kids. And i would see her point if he was a doberman or pit or rottweiler or something like that, but what harm can a chihuahua do. Regardless, my dog looks out through my window and stares at my neighbor's front door waiting for the kids to come outside. then my dog yelps wanting to go outside and play with the kids. It's not fair to the neighbor's kids and it's not fair to the dog. So i want to give the dog to a family who has kids because the dog really likes playing with kids. i am not going to give the dog to just anyone. but i will send a picture if you ask for it. thanks for reading this.
