During the spring of 2022, a group of local women came together to ask how they could best support one another in their efforts to lead without fear or favor. The ladies found tremendous comfort in naming the various challenges unique to female leadership in Caswell County and drawing from the collective wisdom in the room. Those women now invite others to join them in developing a routine practice of coming together to learn from and support one another as leaders in our communities.
