The marriage of wine & cheese is older than dirt, and a whole lot tastier! Crafting the perfect wine and cheese pairing is a skill everyone should have. After all, it’s easier than cooking but just as creative. In this class, we will pair 4 wines with 4 cheeses. We will discuss what makes each so special and add some tips and tricks for you to build your cheese boards at home or host your own wine and cheese pairing class. **Please note!
