Description
Attend this free educational seminar to learn about Medicare's options. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas representatives will be on hand to walk you through the different parts of Medicare and answer any questions you may have. We are here to help! To register: Select the number of registrations you'd like or call 1-800-752-6650 and a representative will assist with your registration. For accommodation of persons with special needs call 1-800-752-6650 (TTY 711). Catering will be provided by The Bakery & Catering House Co. We will be in Dillon Hall, located in the Encampment Building. Gate 5 is the nearest fairgrounds entry.
