First Course: Wild Rice & Mushroom Soup
Cream of shiitake, crimini & button mushrooms, wild rice & Farrell sourdough toast points
Second Course: Roasted Potato & Kale Salad
Roasted potatoes, red onion & bell peppers on a bed of kale drizzled with mustard tahini dressing.
Third Course: Roasted Red Bell Pepper Cream & Veggie Balls
Brown rice, pecan & garbanzo bean balls topped with a coconut & red bell pepper cream sauce on a bed of shoestring zucchini, squash, carrots & spinach.
Fourth Course: Blueberry & Peach Cobbler
Brown butter, peaches, blueberries, rolled oats crunch & vanilla ice cream.
