Caven Point is a free and public natural treasure located on the banks of the New York Bay in Jersey City. This natural area closes from March 1st - September 30th to provide undisturbed habitat for nesting and migratory birds, so come out and explore this urban natural sanctuary on the first day it's open to the public this fall! Meet across the street from LSP parking lot at 300 Morris Pesin Dr. (just past Liberty Self Storage). Pre-register @ 201-792-1993. Presented by JC Parks Coalition & Freinds of LSP Protection of Caven Point will be secured for future generations by the Caven Point Protection Act, which has been introduced in the current legislative session.
