Celebrate the harvest season this Fall Equinox with a guided hypnotherapy meditation and energy healing session. In these challenging times, we can use all the help we can get. In this session, we will access our Akashic Records to unlock a beneficial insight, skill, talent or wisdom gained to help navigate the days ahead. Detailed Info: IN PERSON Date: Thursday, September 22nd Time: 6:30pm - 9:30pm (last hour optional for sharing and integration) Session Topic: Harvesting the Bounty of Your Akashic Records Introduction: Combining hypnotherapy with energy healing, you will be guided on an Akashic Records journey to access a gift or skill hidden within your Records. You are a glorious being with many experiences and many lessons learned so why not activate some of your latent skills and wisdom to help you in this lifetime? The journey will begin with space setting, breathwork and chakra balancing. Then we will journey into your records and see what we can find to bring back. An integration journey will wrap up the guided journey. Throughout the journey, energy healing will take place as our intuitive healer, Reyna, is guided by your Team in Spirit. Coming out of the journey, you will have a short interval for journaling then onto our group sharing and integration. Please note we will be using incense and aroma therapy. Please bring: A yoga or other mat, pillow and blanket so you can be comfortable and warm. You will spend about 60-75 minutes lying down. Water or other bottled beverage.
