We’re hosting a harvest party, and you’re invited! Celebrate this year’s harvest at Copia with a variety of local wineries, live music, and casual wood-fired food from our Live Fire Kitchen in our outdoor Jackson Family Wines Amphitheater.
Each ticket includes two beverages and two food items. Come hang with us and meet our new executive chef and CIA grad, Dominic Orsini.
Dominic Orsini, CIA ’95 is a level I sommelier, wine and food pairing expert, and The CIA at Copia’s new executive chef. He helps us celebrate the harvest season for two days centered on the wine, food, music, and more of Wine Country.

This event is part of American Bounty: Celebrating Regional American Cuisines, a new annual summer food, wine, and music series at CIA at Copia. From the Mississippi Delta to the southwest back to Wine Country for harvest, enjoy regional foods, wines, and live music brought to you by renowned CIA alumni.
