Job Description -
• Active Directory Users & Groups Maintenance
• Administering File & Share Access Permissions
• Troubleshooting systems, network & application issues
• Microsoft Office 365 admin management including account provisions, group & mailbox creation, permissions & access assignments, account cleanup & retirement
• Administering VOIP phone system including user creation, call advanced routings, device management and managing greeting and masks
• Administration of Remote Access Software to access servers & clients remotely
• Software installation, updating & patching
• Order, Configure & maintain endpoints including PC's, Printers & Peripherals.
• Maintain inventory of all IT assets.
• Hands on troubleshooting capabilities including replacing defective components or upgrading SSD's, Memory, etc.
Must have willingness to assist in other departments as needed.
