Connections is our annual Fall event helping professionals strengthen their business relationships through gifts and sincere gratitude. She has 15 years of recruiting experience in pharma, healthcare and engineering including time with several Fortune 500 companies. She is a self-professed “recruiting nerd” with expertise in market research and finding unique, hard-to-find talent. Allie is a Colorado native, former Division 1 track athlete and graduate of the University of Colorado (Go Buffs). Allison recently moved back to Boise from Chicago to be closer to family and the foothills.
