We will be meeting on the 3rd Thursday of every month at healthy Blue at 2910 K St. from 5:30-6:30. Come for connection and support. 💕 This is a FREE support group every month to help make connections in your community and find a safe space to process all things related to postpartum and new parenting. **Disclaimer: Although aspects of mental health support will be part of this group, please note that this is NOT a therapy group.
