Vacation Rental Cleaner & Garden Work

We run a vacation rental business and also have a small farm. Most importantly, we need someone to clean the 3 units we have. We do have other gardening work as well on our small farm. Bonus if you can do simple handy man repairs as well. Pay: $20/hr +/-. Your interview will include cleaning 1 or more of our units and possibly doing other work. The +/- part depends on the quality of your work, your skills & speed. Other Benefits: Great and healthy work environment with good people and frequent meals. Family business without drama...and we want to keep it without dramas. You must have reliable transportation. * Typical hours are 10am - 4pm * Any day of the week. * It is random which day of the week that guests check out, but usually there is at least 5 days per week there are check outs. We have 3 units. So you could be cleaning only 1 unit, 2 or all 3. It is random, but in most cases known in advance. There are times we get last minute bookings, then you may get only 1 day notice that you have to clean tomorrow. We operate all year so we also need you during the off season as well, just less frequently. * Part or Full time work is possible. You could be a back up person and just pick up work occasionally. Don't be afraid to apply if you can't be the main person we rely on. If you are on drugs, of any sort, including marijuana or meth, skip this job. We only want clear headed people working for us. If you think people cannot tell you are on drugs...LOL...you are only fooling yourself......even in "your own time" it does affect your job performance. We have plenty of experience with people who are using, so we will notice. We won't keep you around long if we discover that you are using.
