Description

The DRDP (2015) training supports and guides early childhood educators to develop basic knowledge and skills of the DRDP (2015) tool. Early childhood educators will gain an understanding of the format of DRDP (2015), intent of a measure, how to use evidence to review, reflect and rate, and access resources available to assist the completion of the DRDP (2015). This understanding of the DRDP (2015) will lead educators to impact the immediate context of the classroom by planning curriculum for both individual and groups of children. By attending this training, educators will have the opportunity to impact the broad context of a program or site by implementing policies or procedures that encourage continuous program improvement.
