Hello, I’m looking for someone to help me, part time, work on my 50’ ketch at the Berkeley marina approximately 4 hours per day, 1-5 p.m. m-f. The job should last about a month, possibly longer. Pay is $20/hour. The work entails scraping and sanding paint, and fiberglass on the interior, cutting trim and building cabinets and all painting and finish work. Plumbing and electrical work and a variety of related things may also be involved. The person should be reliable, have an agreeable personality, and able to be at work every day on time. Careful attention to detail and concern for quality are important. The ability to stay focused on the task is critical. The person should have a familiarity with tools and experience in boat building or construction.
