Description
If a person is stupid enough to consume drugs like fentanyl, they deserve what they get. Hamburgers do not "jump" in to a fat person's mouth. Fatty must choose to eat the burger. Any person who chooses to do drugs is choosing the consequences.
I am all for fentanyl in America because it provides an opportunity for natural selection. Just as the weakest of th herd gets eaten by the lion first, the weakest humans kill themselves off.
We should offer free fentanyl and let the idiot genocide begin.
