Full Time Crew Leader needed for busy Tree Care Company serving the Tyler, TX area. Our Crew Leaders are the hardest workers on the crew. You will be responsible for the timely completion of tree jobs by leading and encouraging the crew, hauling away debris, guiding and leading from the front by taking action and ensuring the crew is working to their full potential. Full Time, W2, year round work. Responsibilites: Drive pick up truck with 16' trailer MUST have excellent communication skills - will talk to Manager at least 2x/day Ensure that the tree jobs are completed on time and to company standards Work alongside, and set the pace, with groundsmen to clear debris, load the trailer, dump runs, collect payments from customers when needed, etc. Must be reliable and dependable Supervisor or Manager skills preferred, but not required Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 / yr depending on experience To apply please reply with your NAME, NUMBER, and EMAIL and a brief DESCRIPTION of your experience.
