Just wondering what the “norm” is to expect from a cleaning person. If you hired someone to do a “general” clean, and they state that means floors, dusting, kitchen and bathrooms, is it right to expect kitchen counters and stove top would be cleaned? Would dusting include feather dusting cobwebs from wall corners? Would cleaning bathroom include the shower door and the bathroom floor? Just wondering what most people would expect a “general” clean to include? Signed: Disappointed.
