This is the second session of the Mental Fitness series hosted by Dr. Jenna Ross. The topic will be MOTIVATION. If you sometimes feel stuck or have bad habits that keep you from accomplishing your goals, no matter how small or big your goals might be, we can all benefit from optimizing our motivation! This workshop will give you new insight on motivation and some tools to walk away with that will help you optimize your mindset!
