E-commerce Retailer of Health, Beauty, OTC medicine and nutritional supplements looking to hire two (2) Full-Time Fulfillment Associates and Inventory Clerks. Full Training for the right candidates (No Experience Needed) As partners with Amazon, Walmart, and Google we fulfill thousands of online orders and are seeking the right candidate to fulfill, process orders. As a new hire you will begin a 14 day paid training period learning the ecommerce business, our product lines, and the shipping and logistics it takes to fulfill orders. During the training period you will be paid and you will be assessed on your ability to learn our processes and functions. You will be trained on different processes including, packing, counting, sorting, invoicing and shipping functions. Learn our products Learn software utilized. key functions include : -Sorting, Counting and Identify all delivery orders corresponding to matching to invoices. -Organize products on shelves under similar products and categories. -Fulfill E-Commerce orders with the specific product, variation, size, and quantity to match customer's order. -Assemble boxes, arrange orders with packing slips and select correct box size for the product shipped. -Learn and utilize shipping software used to process, weigh and ship orders. -Select carrier with best shipping rates and options with USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL -Learn how to recognize suspicious and fraud orders with established verification methods to prevent losses. Looking for responsible individuals who want to grow with a new startup firm, Experience or No Experience...we are willing to train in a sector that is growing exponentially. Basic Reading, writing skills, computer and typing skills required to process orders with online software. Upon completion, an assessment will be made. Based on ability and performance hourly rate will be set between $18-$22 per hour. After a 90 day period a second assessment will be done. At this evaluation stage wages will be based on your 90 day performance review and can be up to $22 per hour.
