JOB POSTING: General Maintenance needed at a condominium association in Key West Possesses a basic understanding of the principals and procedures of building/property maintenance. Must maintain a high level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance operations. Proper conduct is essential at all times as this job requires personal contact with residents. Knowledge of salt water pools is a plus but willing to train the right person Ability to be self-sufficient and independently complete jobs Job related experience or training Must be able to pass background check $25-$28/hr pay based on job experience and qualifications Responsibilities: Provides daily repair and maintenance services for the effective day to day upkeep for all aspects of the operation, including facilities, grounds and other areas as required Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds through daily scheduled work orders Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior/interior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture, touch up painting, Assure maintenance of the tennis courts and swimming pool/spa Follows a daily maintenance and janitorial schedule Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed Performs other duties as required Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions Email resume to: [email protected]
