JOB SUMMARY: Access Servuces is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Office Assistant with a great client! The individual is an “A” player willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. They’re customerfocused, selfless, and a true listener. They have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to successfully execute in a fast-changing, multi-task office environment. This individual would be responsible for interaction with drivers, coordination with the Operations Team on inbound and outbound loads, and ensuring domestic and international shipping documents are completed accurately and on time. RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities may be expanded as management deems necessary: • Prepare shipping documents for both domestic and international shipments (BOLs, labels, etc.). • Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure all proper paperwork is given to the drivers. • Assist with the prioritization and management of inbound and outbound shipments. • Ensure correct labels with descriptions are printed. • Obtain correct information from truck drivers as required. • Perform additional operational/fulfillment tasks that support other departments as needed. • Follow all safety rules and regulations and maintain departmental housekeeping standards. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • 2-3 years related experience in an office environment. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including a thorough understanding of Excel. • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing. • Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time. • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. • Good math skills. • A passionate willingness to learn. • A collaborative spirit and selfless work ethic. • A working knowledge of Great Plains.
