The names Ringo, and I'm not so mini! I'm 5 months old and ~40 lbs, estimated to be between 70-100lbs when I'm all grown up. I'm a big guy with a big heart - I love my people (especially men), any stranger and all dogs big and small! I just want to play and don't realize how strong I am around small dogs and smaller children. Some guidance helps a lot! Being an outgoing guy, I love my daily exercise (walks, hikes, water play, tug a war games, chasing sticks, etc.) With my love for water, I may even love going for a swim. I'm a curious guy and very smart! Give me a snack (I take them gently) and I'll sit, shake, lay down and stay for you. I get a little nervous with car rides and feel a little car sick, but I'm told as I get older that is likely to change. I do have a high prey drive, so no cats or livestock would be best. I can be protective over my chew bone and toys, so younger kids are not a good fit. My Mom is working on this with me! With continued training, I will be a lot better about it. While my mom is cleaning house, I need to be put outside or in my crate as I feel the need to bark and get at vacuums & brooms. I am fully vaccinated, microchipped, crate trained, potty trained, getting better on leash and starting to understand "No". I'm not neutered yet because my doctor says to wait until I'm fully grown - it helps decrease the risk of some cancers and orthopedic issues. My Mom loves me very much and will be selective on my forever home to ensure a good fit. She even has an adoption questionnaire for you to fill out to make that process easier.
