Female singer seeking band/ or partner to form a band

Hey there, I'm a talented and fun female singer that has just moved to The Villages from California. I sing all styles of music, have been in many different successful bands, and I'd like to either join an existing band or to put together a great band to do some of the great female songs, as well as male/female songs if I can find a great male vocalist who wants to be a part of this as well or a partner/musician that would like to collaborate with me and help put a band together. I am very dedicated and hard-working and will carry my share of the work. I have already sung in the Villages as a sub, and I got great feedback, but I am looking for a really great band that I can be a permanent part of with people who are really dedicated to making something great, or who are very established and need a pro singer, or musicians who want to put together something, (or who are already established), and are willing to commit to working with a female vocalist. I can sing Ronstadt, Sheryl Crow, Aretha Franklin, County singers, Fleetwood Mac, Motown, Bonnie Raitt, Madonna, Heart, Etta James, and many other more current singers like Lady Gaga, Pink, etc. as well. I have a very strong voice and I'm very versatile. I would like to sing songs that all people recognize but that appeal to a variety of people and styles, so that there's something for everyone to enjoy, not just one style of music. I am looking for band members who are good enough to play the songs very close to the records and who are upbeat, fun, who have a team spirit, and who are willing to commit to making something really great, and not just getting by and winging it. The goal would be to play in the Villages as well as some other local venues, but not clubs and not too much so that you can't have a life with your family as well. Playing 3 to 5 times a month or so would be fine, or a bit more if everyone really wanted, but not 2 or 3 times a week, (except on occasions). If you're interested, email me with your info.
