Property Maintenance Needed

We have a full-time position in one of our nicest Manufactured Home Communities in Visalia, Ca. The position includes grounds keeping, general maintenance and janitorial duties. It is required that the employee have a good running, registered vehicle and has current license and insurance. We provide all tools and equipment at the property. The maintenance person only works on the park's common areas and park owned utilities. We do not work on or in the resident homes unless the park has acquired a home to re-sell or home is for an on-site employee. Compensation package includes $16.00 per hour.
