Need help looking for fosters for kittens

There two kittens that my father had found I have been bottle feeding them for the past week now. They have tried soft foods like canned but they need more care than I can give them I bought some supply’s you can have for them. I work an have other pets. They are about two weeks maybe 5 they seem to understand kitty litter, they’ll require more care. I would look for a foster, or give them away. They are more than I can handle.
