You should be able to handle general carpentry, light electric and plumbing. To be considered please reply with years of experience in each trade, references, and pictures of past projects. You must have all your own tools, reliable transportation and have a smartphone able to send clear pictures and videos. Owner to pay for materials, subcontractor to provide all tools and delivery of materials to the job site. Contractor to use his truck to take demolition waste (basically the old cabinets, old countertop, bathroom vanity, job materials that are not returnable), to get it disposed/thrown away. Compensation for this job: $ 4,000. W9 needed. SCOPE OF WORK -KITCHEN: Install new vinyl plank flooring (kitchen only), remove old and install new cabinets/knobs and counters with an island style to have a couple of stools, install garbage disposal, install backsplash, put back same sink with new faucet, get rid of light fixtures on the wall between cabinets and counters and patch/fix drywall after removing. -Paint all the interior walls (including bathroom, & closets) one color, trim another color, and put some nails in some of the trim that is loose prior to painting. Leave ceilings as they are. -Replace the light fixture in the kitchen and the one between the kitchen and living room. Install one smoke and CO detector combo in the hallway between both bedrooms -Bathroom: remove old vanity and install a new one, install toilet paper holder. Possibly install a new mirror/medicine cabinet. Remove and install a new light fixture. Regrout the floor tile and shower tile. New bathtub faucet, shower head, and stopper. -Replace any broken cover plates or clean any as needed (one or two have tape on them), secure any loose cover plates to walls as needed (at least one for cable is loose from prior paint work) Regrout tile by the entrance Touch up a small stain in the ceiling by entrance and fix a small piece of drywall that looks like it got some moisture (located outside of the furnace) Steam clean carpet when finished NOTES: We are keeping all appliances and sinks. Owner will pick out cabinets, countertop materials, and paint colors. and the subcontractor will pick out cabinet configuration and measurements for cabinets and countertops.
