I am currently renovating a 988 sqft house (built in 1940). I am moving a kitchen, adding a bathroom, and installing a natural gas water heater. I would like the plumbing replaced with PVC (drain) and Pex. I am not looking to replace either service all the way to the street, just to some point under the house.
