Bi-lingual person needed to Supervise work activities of janitorial personnel in commercial accounts. Position will need to follow instructions, assign duties, inspect work, and investigate issues regarding janitorial service, take action and create daily reports. Report issues of any needed building maintenance. Manage supplies in all of the accounts and keep inventory stocked and organized. Responsible for hiring new staff as needed. Must have transportation to each location. One year in a supervisory capacity over custodial personnel and/ or two years minimum experience as a janitor/custodian preferred. Must be available to work assigned 4-6hr. shifts, plus occasional weekends if needed. Must be reliable, hard working and honest. Employment background check.
