Looking for a mature female vocalist / musician

Looking for a mature female vocalist / musician to create a trio and focus on 3-part harmonies. We are a seasoned acoustic-based duet (2 guitarist, 2 vocalist) who want to add a 3rd voice to our group. We currently gig about 1-2 times a month in the south OC area. The locations are typically restaurants, wineries and breweries which allow us to play in the early evenings for 2-3 hours (Not interested in breaking down equipment at 2 AM anymore). We are semi-professional level players who are interested in making good music and want to connect with someone who can add a new dimension to the sound. IMPORTANT: You MUST play an instrument and sing at a reasonably high level. We have a private professional practice studio where we meet every other week (or so) to rehearse. We practice individually and are flexible with the times that we get together. We understand that an adult has a lot of stuff going on and this type of activity is a passion and not a job. However, we still get paid for our time, typically $200-$300 per gig. I consider this “validation pay” that someone appreciates our talents and efforts.
