Description
Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen
During slow times, help prep items that may or may not be specifically for your station
Maintain knowledge of traditional knife skills and consistently apply such skills in the kitchen
Be able to move/cover from different stations following red
Ability to follow and comprehend recipes
At end of shift, clean your workstation (wipe down and sanitize all surfaces, clean steam wells, take out trash, clean
steamers, wipe down ovens, cool down leftover food properly, sweep at end of shift)
Able to use tablets/iPads to receive orders from delivery apps.
Available for at least 2 nights during the week (additional hours available if desired)
We are open between 6PM-10PM every night
