Start the new year off with postive energy by realigning your mind, body and spirit with an hour long yoga sequence with the one of a kind, Cheryl Watson.
During shavasana, Dr. Lashonda will be incorporating some breath work into the class, to help re-establish connection and awareness to our physical being.
Please bring your own yoga mat!
