Water Damage / Mold Remediation Technician Needed $17 - $23 hr + based on experience and certifications Full-time Employment We perform water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage cleanup, bio/hazard cleanup, hoarding cleanup, and repairs / restoration. We are looking for experienced restoration technicians to join our family. If you meet the qualifications listed below, please APPLY NOW FOR IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT! JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITES: 1. Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment 2. Ability pass medical clearance and utilize personal protective equipment. (prefer non-smoker) 3. Set up, monitor, and move equipment needed for water extraction and drying of premises - lift up to 60 lbs 4. Deconstruct, disinfect and dry/wet water damaged dwellings 5. Clean and deodorize fire damaged dwellings 6. Set up containment, treat, and remove mold growth 7. Document moisture meter readings 8. Compassion and Sensitivity when performing work on hoarding or trauma scene cleanup. REQUIREMENT (SKILLS AND ABILITIES): 1. Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills. 2. Basic reading and comprehensions skills 3. Able to work indoors and outdoors of dwellings and structures 4. Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner. 5. 2 years of Water Damage Mitigation experience preferred but not necessary PHYSICAL DEMAND: Ability to lift and move up to 60lbs, bend and reach in confirmed spaces, stand, push and pull equipment, and etc. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE) 1. High school diploma or equivalent combination of education 2. IICRC WRT or AMRT Cert (is a plus - not required) 3. Adequate and reliable transportation 4. Valid CA Driver's License 6. Must be able to pass a drug test 7. Clean Background check
