Janitor Sacramento based apartment complex is seeking an attentive Janitor to join their team! Evaluation hire. Long-term opportunities! Full-time (40 hours per week), M-F, 7:00AM-4:00PM (1 hour). Non-exempt Wage: $17 Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining cleanliness of of lobby, office, t.v. room, computer areas, and gym facilities Service, clean, and supply bathrooms, vacuum carpets Gather and empty trash Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties Clean and polish furniture and fixtures Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water and other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees Skills, Education and Experience: HS diploma or equivalent; preferred Good customer service skills and follow through Attention to detail with excellent accuracy skills Qualifications: California Driver's License Required** FOR MORE INFORMATION CALL / TEXT NINEONESIX 485-6923
