Responsibilities: • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment • Perform general and preventative maintenance of mill shop, premises, and equipment • Handle basic repairs of mill shop, premises and equipment • Organize supplies • Submit supply orders • Support Shop Staff by restocking used materials • Clean up of mill shop • Pickup/Drop off parts and/or materials Requirements: • Must be able to use common hand and power tools to fix, replace, or repair equipment and parts of buildings • Ability to perform routine maintenance • Strong organizational and follow up skills • Eye for detail • Ability to maintain focus while working individually • Strong time management skills • Professional presentation and attitude • Physical stamina and dexterity • Must be able to lift 50 pounds • Must be 21 years old with a valid drivers license
