You climb a ladder into the barn attic, unscrew the drywall, bag the rat feces infested insulation and throw all out and down. Someone else puts it in the trailer. You both go to the dump to get rid of it. Small barn about 300sqft of drywall with insulation behind ceiling to be removed. Should easily be done by people used to working with drills. 2 local work references, valid WA drivers licence (will be photographed) Extra hours spray washing exterior are available at $28/Hr.
