Property Management Company seeking a full time Maintenance/Renovations Supervisor at our Oak Terrace Apartments in Lakewood, WA. Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities CORE RESPONSIBILITES: • Participate in all maintenance projects. • Responsible for the maintenance staff. • Participate in after-hours emergency scheduling. • Be responsible for inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials. • Assist Manager in scheduling maintenance personnel, service requests, and adhering to other maintenance priorities. • Be responsible for the refurbishing of apartments prior to resident occupancy. • Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, service requests, apartment make-ready, and periodic inspections. • Periodically inspect apartment interiors, building exterior and common areas (including pool and spa areas), performing repairs and janitorial assistance as needed. • Verify that maintenance rooms and other storage areas are kept locked and cleaned, and maintain adequate lighting for the interior and exterior. • Have constant knowledge regarding contracts and suppliers, their services and goods.
