Bully mutt puppies

I have 1 female and 1 male. Both seal colored pups. Female is mostly brown and black and the male has white markings. They are 4 weeks and a day old, they won't be ready until 8-9 weeks old. They are eating wet food and drinking water now. Both pups have a rehoming fee of 100 each. I own mom and dad but mom is a fence jumper and also mated with the neighbors dog.
