Help with split-unit

Hi, I recently installed a Mitsubishi split unit in my house. The power has been run, the indoor unit starts, everything seems to function but the pipes on the outdoor unit freeze up, and I am not sure if its because of lack of Freon or a leak. I could use some help figuring out whats going and am willing to pay. I have attached some pictures of the setup so far. Please let me know if you're able to help! And maybe what you think it would cost (I know its hard to estimate that on here, so I get it if you don't know without looking in person)
